Someone who pushes the limit and lives in the moment are two ways to describe Steph.

Fitness started at a young age with jazz and tap which progressed into basketball in high school. Her love of the gym began at the age of 16 and has continued for over 15 years.

She has ran multiple half marathons as well as the Vancouver marathon.

Being a working mom has taught her how to be efficient. Efficient and fun workouts is what Steph is all about. By understanding her clients needs through extensive results-oriented goal setting she is able to create a personalized workout to get results.
